Where is the nameplate located?
A nameplate is a small metal plate or label with information about the compressor. It is usually located on the body of the device, often near the oil level sight glass, but it can also be placed elsewhere.
Can't find it? No problem. Take a picture of the entire compressor, preferably from several sides, and we will help you recognize it.
03 · Photos
What is the best thing to photograph?
Nameplate
This is the most important photo. A nameplate is a small metal plate or label on a compressor that shows the make, model, and specifications of the device. Take a close-up photo so that all symbols, numbers and markings are clearly visible.
Whole compressor
Take a picture of the entire compressor from a short distance so that its shape and main components can be seen. Even if the nameplate is illegible, we can often tell the type and manufacturer by the appearance and construction of the compressor.
Building site
Take a photo of the entire chiller or appliance where the compressor is mounted. It is important to see where the compressor is located, how it is connected and how much space there is around it. Such a photo will help us plan its possible disassembly and collection for repair.

How much does it cost to regenerate a compressor?
Most often, the cost of regeneration is about 50% of the price of a new compressor. We prepare a detailed quote after diagnosing the device.
How long does the repair take?
A standard repair usually takes 10 to 14 business days. If we have the right compressor ready to be replaced in stock, the whole process can take up to 1 day.
Who picks up the compressor?
We can arrange the collection of the compressor on our own. We will work with you to arrange the details of the transport and help you plan any dismantling.
