About the Bitzer brand
Bitzer has been in the refrigeration industry continuously since 1934 and is one of Germany's leading manufacturers of compressors and components for refrigeration and air conditioning. The brand is particularly appreciated for its reciprocating and screw compressors used in commercial, industrial and HVAC systems.
Robust design and availability of parts make many Bitzer compressors eligible for professional overhaul and reconditioning. Instead of replacing the entire device, you can often restore it to full functionality and significantly reduce costs.

What can we do with a Bitzer compressor?
Repair and regeneration
We refurbish Bitzer piston and screw compressors. We support CSH, CSW, HSK, and HSN series screw compressors, as well as ECOLINE reciprocating compressors and older 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-cylinder units, including 2EC/2GC, 4EC/4NC/4P/4N, 6F/6G/6H/6J/6K, and 8F/8G, among others. The HSK and HSN series are semi-hermetic screw compressors, while ECOLINE includes Bitzer semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors.
We perform repairs, inspections and regular service, using spare parts. In many cases, remanufacturing costs about 50% of the price of a new compressor, and the standard lead time is usually 10-14 days.
Instant replacement
When a failure stops the plant, we can offer a remanufactured Bitzer compressor from stock. We have access to over 100 models, and with the availability of the right unit, replacement can be possible even within one day.

Usually ~50% of the new price. We carefully estimate after the diagnostics.
How long does it take?
Repair 10-14 days; Exchange from the warehouse is sometimes possible in 1 day.
What are you repairing?

Do you repair "on the spot"?
Most of the compressors are remanufactured at our plant in Chotomów. We organize the collection and transport of the device, so you don't have to deal with logistics.
In special cases, we can also carry out diagnostics or repairs directly at the customer's site – especially when dismantling the compressor is difficult or the system downtime requires a quick response.
